Submission Requirements:

Please send ads by the 15th of the month for the next issue (i.e., April 15th for the May/June issue).

Payment is due at the time of ad submission. Please provide files on a CD or in other digital form.

We accept ads prepared in Illustrator or Photoshop (.tiff format); include all fonts in the package.

If provided as . pdf files, save as CMYK, high resolution, ready for print.

The Annals is published using Adobe InDesign CS2.
